Take a pressure cooker and heat sufficient oil,now add all masala,cashew and cook for 5min,now add chopped onions,tomato,chilies,coriander,mint leaves and again cook for 5min.
Now add chicken and ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 5-10min.
Now pour 9 glasses of water after that water came bubbles add 4cups of rice to that water and cook for about 1 whistle.
Take of the whistle, garnish with coriander,mint laves and 1spoon ghee mix well and serve it hot and enjoy it.
