- Dry chili powder4 Teaspoons
- Chicken masala powder1 Teaspoons
- Curd2 Tablespoons
- Ginger-garlic paste1 Teaspoons
- Ginger and garlic pieces1 Ounces
Rub 5-6spoons dry chili powder,salt to taste,2teaspoons masala powder,2spoons curd.whisk the ingredients well and marinate the chicken in the mixture for 10-15min in a refrigerator.
Now take a pan and heat oil,5-6spoons. Add chopped onions and chilies and cook. add chicken adjust the seasoning and add 1glass of water and cook. Serve hot and enjoy it.
