- Panner250 Grams
- Green chillies4-5
- Soya sauce2 Teaspoons
- Onions thinly chopped2
- Capsicum thinly chopped1
- cup corn flour1
- Salt to taste
- Masala powder
- Vegetable oil
Cut the panner into diamond shape pieces and dip into the corn flour and deep fry.
Now take a pan and heat oil for 6-7spoons add 2 chopped onions, 4-5 chillies,1 capsicum and sauté for 5-10min.
Now add fried panner,masala powder, vegetable oil, salt to taste and sauté for 3-4 min.
Now add 2spoons of soya sauce and again sauté for 3-4min.
Take in a bowl and garnish with coriander. Serve it hot and enjoy it.
