- Ghee150 Milliliters
- Edible gum50 GramsGond
- Powdered sugar100 Grams
- Cardamom powder1/2 Teaspoons
- Gulab jal2 Teaspoons
Deep fry gond in ghee and remove.
Now crush the gond finely. To this ghee add atta and roast it over a slow flame while stirring continuously till the mixture turns golden brown.
Allow it to cool.
Add the powdered sugar, gond and cardamom powder gulab jal mix well.
Make small round shapes to form laddus using your hands. Serve.
