- Gulabjamun powder250 Grams
- Casew nuts
- Cardamom seeds
Take sugar 1 cup, add water and boil till it comes to syrup. When syrup is boiling add 1spoon of cardamom seeds.
To one volume of of mix, add 1/4 volume of water,mix gently and make a dough.
Divide the dough into equal parts and make into smooth balls by applying oil to your palms.
Fry them in hot oil with continuos stirring till they are golden brown
Colour. Soak the jamuns in hot syrup. Now cool at room temperature and place in a refrigerator for half an hour to one hour. Now serve in a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts and enjoy it.
