- Fresh purple brinjals250 Grams
- Medium size chopped onion1
- Star anise1
- Garlic cloves6-7
- Ginger2 Teaspoons
- Green cardamom2
- Dry red chillies3-4
- Tamarind juice2 Tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Take mixi jar and add onion,tomato,cloves,cinnamon,star anise,ginger,garlic,dry chillies,tamarind juice and salt to taste.
Grind to a fine paste and keep it aside.
Now wash and dry purple brinjal and cut into flower shape.
Now take a pan and heat oil for deep fry and fry all the brinjals take them into bowl,transfer oil carefully into one bowl and take 3 spoons of oil, now stuff the masala paste into brinjals and add little bit of water and cook for 10-15 minutes till the gravy thickens.
Now Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
