- Chicken500 Grams
- Chopped onion1
- Crushed pepper2 Teaspoons
- Chopped garlic5
- Ginger-garlic paste2 Teaspoons
- Whole spices2
Clean the chicken and keep aside.
Take a pan and heat oil for 3spns.
Add whole spices, onions and sauté till they are brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2min.
Add chopped garlic, chicken and stirr well, add pinch of turmeric and crushed pepper,
again sauté for 5-10 more min and add 1/2 cup of water and boil till the gravy thickens. Serve hot and enjoy.
