- Wheat Flour250 Grams
- Maida4 Tablespoons
- Besan(Gram Flour)4 Tablespoons
- Onion6Medium sized Onion
- White Till4 Tablespoons
- Jeera2 Tablespoons
- Red Chilly Powder1 Tablespoons
- Garam Masala1/2 Tablespoons
- Lemon Juice2 Tablespoons
- coriander leaves
- Coconut Milk2 Cups
- Pure Ghee100 Milliliters
- oil4 Tablespoons
- curd1 Cups
- ajvaaeen1/2 Tablespoons
- water2 Cups
!) In a big pan, Take Wheat Flour ,add Besan, Maida, Chopped Onion, Garam Masala, Jeera Powder, Red Chilly Powder,Lemon Juice, White Till and 4 tbsp. Oil
2)Now prepare a dough of the above mixture by using Coconut Milk. Keep the dough aside covered with a piece of cloth for 5 min.
3) Now prepare the pedas from the dough and prepare the parathas on the Gas with ghee added in it.
For Besan Chutney :-
Ingredients for it with specific qty-Take 1 cup dahi,1 cup besan, 1 tbsp Jeera, ,2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp ajvaaeen, 1 tbsp Red chilly Powder,1 cup chopped onion and coriander leaves.
4)Roast the Besan in the pan and keep it aside.
5)Now take another pan and add Oil ,Rai,Jeera, Red Chilly Powder, green chillies , Onion and roast the ingredients well
6)Now take the roasted besan prepared add curd in it and pour it in the above pan .Add salt to taste.
7)Add 2 cups water in the pan and heat for 1-2 min.
8)The Besan Chutney is ready.
9)Garnish the Besan Chutney with coriander leaves and serve well with the Pyaaz-Till Paraatha.
10)The dish is ready to serve.
